Okay, so have to post something happiear and nicer than my last entry as I feel better.

Wednesday: Nerdcore Rising. Helluvalot of fun!

My friend Julie and I went to go see these three bands play:

Optimus Rhyme. These guys were very cool and sounded great live. They stood around and talked to all of us between sets and stood in the crowd to watch the other bands while they played.



Then it was MC Frontalot. A really tall goofy dork of a guy. Music was 'Meh' but the banter between him and his keyboard player was pretty funny.





Lastly was MC Lars. This guy was awsome. He actually came out from where he was chilling to talk to me. "I've met you before, haven't I?" Why yes, Lars, you have. This guy actually remembered me from the Cleveland show I saw him at back in February. I was very impressed. Unfortunately his set was a bit short since MC Frontalot started late/ran long because their drummer was assaulted outside the show... *sigh*




And who doesn't like a little rap about Edger Allen Poe...
