Okay, so I'm still feeling a bit rough around the edges and will probably continue to do so for quite awhile, but I did have a pretty good day. Had a productive hour with my therapist yesterday and envisioned placing some of my darker emotions and thoughts of my ex-girlfriend in a container and sealing them away until a later time when I can deal with them in a healthy manner. It seems to be working, but then again, its only been a day

Anyway, went to work today (normally an experience I do not look forward to...) and had a good time. Cut my guys loose extremely early and then went to the dry-docking meeting for my ship. Made contact with several of the people I'll be working with (some of who remembered me from a year and a half ago and were glad to see me in charge of the Quality Assurance program for the work package) and got some good information for my crew. After that, a haircut and home to do laundry. Then, I went to look at an apartmet or two and think I found a good place. Not a fantastic neighborhood, but its large and central to everything. Not to mention, below the max I wanted to spend, so that's even better. Then... Wel, I locked my keys in the car. Didn't even upset me. Frustrated, ye,upset, no. Called Cingular (thank god I pay for roadside assistance) and got it opened for free after waiting 45 minutes.

In other news, my G-Ma fell and broke her hip. Surgery in the morning and the doctor said she should be fine. She'll just have to slow down for a bit. No trips to Tahoe for a while She's a tough old bird.
