So excited! My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and Stephen and I are going to go to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and then he is taking me to Emeril's Tchoup Chop restaurant! Look how pretty it is!!!



I am undecided on what I will order for my meal, but I'm definitely ordering this amazing appetizer!

Then we are in the process of planning our One-Year Anniversary weekend for 3/20-22. We are going to go here:

We picked the Caribbean Resort because our honeymoon was in Jamaica and we want that type of feel. We're going to Epcot on our actual anniversary and have reservations at the San Angel Inn for dinner and Chefs de France for lunch:

I'm just so ridiculously excited. We never do vacations because we are always broke. Now we are totally tourist-ing out!!! Yay. Things are good.
