I used to feel really confident with technology, apart from being an advisor at an Internet forum which specializes in removing viruses and other forms of malware from people's computers, I was also the IT network manager for the office in which I used to be based.

But having received a nice, shiny new cell phone this morning from my phone company, I have discovered that I know next to nothing about phones...

I now have a 3G enabled Nokia 2730 (which they were kind enough to let me have for free) and have managed to copy my contacts across, but as for moving my music (and the activation keys for it) and other things of that sort, let's just say it's a tad frustrating and I'm struggling!
