so i smell weird now. i spent the morning rehabbing a 20 gauge shotgun for trap shooting tomorrow. the entire morning. my brother and i inherited a shit-ton of guns from my great-grandfather, and i've let my brother keep most of the guns because he hunts more often than i do. so i stop over at my brother's to pick up the 20 gauge and it is a complete fucking mess, rust, dirty barrel... fuck. so i spent $20 and 3 hours this morning removing the rust, re-blueing, cleaning the bore, oiling the gun, and shining it.
he is not getting this gun back.
so now i smell like a conglomeration of about 5 toxic chemicals which are all over my hands and probably eating my flesh. all so i can go shoot clay pigeons tomorrow for about 4 hours or so.
and it's worth it. shooting is one of the best stress relievers next to destroying electronic devices with small-grade explosives in the back yard.
