This was the view at 0530 this morning as I got to work


A good day, the highlight being these char-grilled Seitan vegan ribs in a sticky straight edge Jack Daniels BBQ glaze.

Really happy with how the development of this dish has progressed.

A little me and the bestie on the way home from a gig last night, apparently it's duck season.


Beautiful weather, a great view from my kitchen, it's gonna be a mental weekend.
