I've been offered a job.

The place I trialled for and did cook offs in Wimbledon that I didn't get the gig, well, they belong to a pub company who are keen to hire me, apparently I was recommended by the GM of the place in Wimbledon and have now been offered the kitchen at a place in Putney, right on the banks of the river Thames.

I accepted \o/
