Been a while, not sure why I even bother to be honest, it just rambles sometimes and nothing of consequence ever comes of it. C'est la vie.

I am looking forward to my trip to South Africa next month, pity I'll be shattered by the time I fly
Work is ruling my life as always, just finished day ten of a twelve day stint, at least I have Monday and Tuesday off but then it's eight straight until I fly.

Will be good to get away though and even more so to see my family and old friends. Weird thing is they all have families now and here I am the eternal bachelor.

Bought an iPod in anticipation for my trip, I succumbed to the evil that is Apple. Main reason being that it's all fine and well seeing my family and sure we'll chat but the novelty wears off and the arguments will start. Good times
