So here's the story before you look at the picture. Some guy in Sweden or Germany or way out in the BFE was all coughing up blood and shit and decided, that fuck, he'd better get to the hospital or something. Anyways the doctors got some xrays and they were all "shit, man this guys totally got a tumor we've gotta tell him about".
So they open him up to get a biopsy and low and behold...a fucking 3 inch FIR TREE was fucking just growin it up in his Lung SAC!!!!!!!!!

The only possible explanation I can think of is that somehow the guy inhaled a seed from the tree and it somehow germinated.
