Sooooooooooo, I finally mustered up the guts to go and see the Doc about my shoulder , well an orthopedist actually. I hurt my shoulder in July and have been to prideful to get it looked at. Well I could not take the pain of taking a shirt off , let alone doing anything else anymore, so I had to do it. Turns out that it was not as bad as I thought. He said it was pretty solid and just looked inflamed, but I did get Xrays, and he said that the joint did not look as smooth as it should, But he also said that it could be nothing. So I ended up getting an injection , some kind of painkiller/steriod to help the bone recover and the joint heal. And I have to say that it feels a million percent better. I dont feel one ounce of pain, although it still appears swollen. aside from that I some Motrin and Tylenol 3s. So I will take it easy the rest of the weekand see how I feel before I get back into the gym, I miss it already . Anyway, I hope everyone has a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
