Long time no see..I wish I had the time to blog like I used to 😢 Makes me sad that I can't be on here 24/7!!
Anyways, what has everyone been doing since the new year? Have you been on many adventures? Have you seen wondrous things!?
This year, instead of the whole "I'm gonna eat better!" Or "I'm gonna work out everyday!"....I went with something that i definitely needed and should've done a long time ago for my new years resolution. I mean...yea...I should be at the gym everyday but for various reasons I don't go. I eat pretty good except my addiction to Coke....the cola....don't get any weird ideas. I would say soda but honestly...it's just Coke. For some reason it's better than everything else and has been the hardest vice for me to break. But I'm doing better!! Been drinking more water! 😊 Anyhow, I'm getting off topic, typical for me, but I digress....
For my new years resolution I told myself to get back into my art. Start drawing again and selling my art. I'm so happy to say that I've drawn so much!! Even created an art page on instagram (marajade_sith_art ....if you're interested). I then made prints of my art and added them to my etsy...and guess what?!! People bought them!! Someone even purchased an original piece which totally made my day!!
I even decided to branch off into commission work...which is something I've never done before...actually I've never sold my artwork before because honestly, I get so attached to my pieces....I put my heart and soul into each one....it makes it hard to let go.
But I'm happy to say that I've been keeping to my resolution and will keep to it. Even if people stop buying the pieces...I just love creating.
I have a signature type of drawing. I do half/half type drawings....to create a full piece. The faces don't necessarily have to line up, but if they do it makes for a even better piece.
Here's what I've done so far....
The Orochimaru /Kabuto piece was my first commission piece and the Joker/Harley piece was the first one to sell....2 prints and the original gone right away!
Basically that's what I've been doing with my time other than my retail job and playing video games. There's a few I didn't post here but they aren't finished yet.

And for every person who buys my art..I draw them a little special something based on what they ordered.
These are little 2 in x 4 in cards. So everyone gets a little original drawing too 😊
