I sent headshots and a letter to the casting for Star Wars. They are doing an open casting for the next films for lead and supporting roles. And while I honestly don't expect anything to come of it, because the chances are about as good as winning the powerball....I feel really good about sending it in. At least I did it.
I don't have professional acting experience. Only plays. So instead of giving them a resume, I wrote a witty letter in hopes maybe that would catch their attention and give them something new to look at. I'm sure it gets super tiring looking at the same stuff over and over. And just knowing that they have to look at it is reward enough heh. They will see my face and that's exciting.
So meh..just thought I'd share lol. Don't expect me in the next films or anything but I do feel like I've accomplished something and that's a good feeling.
