What’s been the best part of your week so far?

It may sound silly, I am a controlling and overthinking person and this has caused me some mental health problems.
A few weeks ago a problem from the past arrived that I saw as difficult to solve, it overwhelmed me a lot for many days and it cost me a lot my peace of mind in all aspects... I was unbearable and very afraid obviously the anxiety crises arrived.

the best part of this week was solving this problem, realizing that i am surrounded by angels in my life who have never left me alone so the darkness of my mind clouded my eyes. Solving this problem made me see how strong and powerful I can be to continue with my life projects, as long as I do it with love and passion.

I felt free because for a long time and for many things that have happened in my life I have felt unable to face some difficult circumstances, also unable to see my strength and power... so that day when I freed myself from what I felt was beyond me, that day was the best day of this week

So with a lot of love and although it has nothing to do with what I just told you, I want to share one of my favorite unexpected photos.

Not bad to lose control, the only thing that we do not hate to do is let the darkness of our thoughts cloud our vision and we get out of this bubble that we have created in our lives... kisses!
