2 in the realm of tasty : sourdough bread following the basic Tassajara recipes. But instead of using the basic organics I used Guinness as the starter. A lilbit thicker and spongier then usual, but it was damn tasty.

Second: Chocolate Pots.
1 c light cream (I used regular, tis better)
7 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 egg yolks
3 tbls Brandy (I use a lot more and its whiskey or dark rum will workhell spiced rum even)
1 tbls butter

Bring cream to a near boil, set aside for a min.
Break up choc and stir until smooth
Beat in yolks and booze until smooth again
Then as it cools stir in butter.
You can save and extra in the fridge and after a day it makes a tasty snack.

Tomorrowerrrr half a morning until stores open and gift buying and frantic shipping begins. Our refugee Xmas is in the works and New Years morning Guinness nEggs is a go. We just have to find a place for the Eve party, probably the Gingerman. Oh holy shit this falls in, man its a rough life but it is really hard to try and be responsible and not be completely out of it for work when the bartenders keep buying you drinks and you close the placeokay never mind that was pretty awesome.damn I love it there.
