Nonspecific Thoughts
Twenty-four hour news channels remind me of high school gossips. It's funny, and sad, mostly sad.
I wonder who is going to run for President in 2008. I'm only going Republican if it's John McCain. He's the only public figure in the Republican Party who really seems like a traditional Republican rather than a religious zealot.
The $800 katana I ordered five months ago finally arrived today. It's handmade and everything, really cool.
Speaking of weapons, I'm in the process of carving a wooden axe styled after the kind that South Pacific islanders use. It's coming along pretty well. I don't get gun enthusiasts, hand weapons are so much cooler.
I saw Madagascar a couple days ago, the penguins were the best. I liked the lemurs too. I used to volunteer with lemurs at the zoo, they're neat.
I'm watching tennis on T.V. right now. I used to play in high school.
Speaking of tennis, I'm looking forward to going up to our house in Wisconsin in July. My mom's side of the family owns six houses on this tiny island. We hang out and watch Wimbledon, swim, ski, drink, it's a load of fun.

I wanted to volunteer at the zoo before, and still do, but I never have the time. I can't wait to see the new dolphin adventure. I also want to participate in the one on one experience, once they have it, come September (if I'm still living here and if I can afford it).
I really want to see Madagascar. It looks like such a fun movie.
