I guess it might be time for an update.
Greg and I did end-up going to Santa Cruz to help my grandpa. We were there for 10 days, Aug. 1-11, we should have been able to get more done but we had to go the same pace as my grandpa...so yeah, we got a lot of prep-work done, but we only got to painting the...

So I went out today, still looking for a job. I went by the mall to check on my application at Spencer's, that's looking good. Mike, the store manager said that he would get back to me by the end of the week. I also visited Aaron Brother's craft store. They're hiring too. So, I filled out an ap. and heard the same thing for...

I'm sure if you explain your situation to any of your future employers they'll understand...
and if they don't... then perhaps its not a work environment you want to involve yourself in...
as for Greg... guilt trips are difficult to avoid... but... (sorry if I sound sexist)...
guys also tend to lack the ability to read behind the lines...
perhaps mentioning to him how important it is to you...
and trying as best you can to not guilt...
asking him and bluntly noting how important it is to you to have his support....
adding you how you understand his prior commitments mean a lot to him...
something along those lines might be useful.
Good Luck :o)

Greg said he wants to take me out tonight, I'm a little excited. We didn't get to celebrate our 2 year because we were both broke. And he still owes me for my birthday...but that's not his fault, he ordered some stuff from MacheteMFG and it still hasn't come, and he paid for express shipping.
Well, now my mom wants us to go out to...

Yesterday I got back form San Luis Obisbo. I was at a wedding for my cousin Jimmy, which was really nice. I got to see some of my family that I haven't seen in...oh, i donno...15 years. awkward. The place where they got married was really nice, it was like a big labrynth with little hidden gardens everywhere. i have a picture in PICS, if...

Santa Cruz turned out as I had expected, by the end of the trip I was dangerously close to strangling my sisters. But there were a lot of good points, I got a lot of alone time with Greg, we all went shopping, and ate great mexican food. My grandparents are so laid-back, they let Greg and I stay in the same room together and...

My birthday is in two days. Wooo-hooo!!! I'm going to Santa Cruz with my boyfriend Greg, my mom, and my sisters. My good friend, Gabby might meet me up there. I'm not very excited though, because my mom is going to bring my little sisters. Unfortunatly since they are coming I can't do the things that I really want to. My sisters are 7 and...

Thank you. I actually like "Where the Buffalo Roam" a little more than "Fear and Loathing" but that's just because I think that Peter Boyle is funny as hell as Dr. Gonzo.
Oh. And you got frazzled by convenience store clerks behind bullet proof glass? In Madison, on Park St, the Taco Bell drivethru has a bulletproof sliding tray for money/food.
