I guess it might be time for an update.
Greg and I did end-up going to Santa Cruz to help my grandpa. We were there for 10 days, Aug. 1-11, we should have been able to get more done but we had to go the same pace as my grandpa...so yeah, we got a lot of prep-work done, but we only got to painting the front of the house. But we did go and do fun stuff too... like we went to the Boardwalk, went downtown, and lots for walking around. It was a little stressful at the end though because up til the last day we didn't know how much we were going to make, but it ended-up being $400 a piece. And we are greatful, but if you know anything about contract work it can be really expencive. So I'd say win/win situation. Afterwards, Greg went back to work for his grandpa. I am still a free-timer.
