yeah my arms are really sore today. like omg i can't lift anything sore....

damn i feel good!

ran yesterday and then did leg work on the machines. felt a little sore this morning. which means i need to up the weight next time.
did arm work today. feel a little shaky so that means i will be sore tomorrow...yay!

even better...today is my day off. it is raining (yay! bc we need it and i love rainy days)
cleaning out junk i don't need today. laundry. working out

Thursday a little better 8-4
Friday 1130-930
today 6am-730pm
tomorrow 11am-6p

i am exhausted. we are going to be working from open to close next week too but we will get like 2 hour breaks each.

i am lovin the money but i am exhausted. it is nuts. tomorrow will be 7th day in a row...

i had my face rocked off last night. my boys were awesome!
there was a little drama that made me cut the night short but i also needed rest for today! GRAND OPENING OF MY STORE! yay! finally back to being a workin girl!
