waiting for the end of summer !



Aren't you excited? Aren't you absolutely breatheless in anticipation?? Aren't you just freaking out at the thought of more excellent advice??? Aren't you wondering when I'm going to stop asking questions? Should I stop?? Wait - was that another one?? How many questions could I possibly ask??? Okay, that's enough. Or is it??? Seriously, though. Seriously??? STOP THAT!!!! Stop that??? Okay, no more questions. (No more?) After what must surely be the worst opening lines to any article anywhere in the world - ever - I'm now going to proceed to disappoint you further. How far did we get last week in our discussion of the demo? Let's see... We decided to record three tracks, making them as obscure as possible in order to make sure that the influential person who hears and likes the songs will love our band for who we are. Good idea? Listen, when everybody criticised the guy who built the Hindenburg, he didn't listen to them - he knew what he was doing. And when it turned out that they were right, and it crashed in a giant mess of flaming wreckage, he still didn't care, because he was ROCKING OUT!!! YEAH!!! So it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. Alright, so we've decided to record three tracks, and the guy who lives next door to me has a studio in his room. Let's do it! Dude, we're going into the studio!!!
