not much new going on right now, trying to buy a house. looking around, finding what we like and having to deal with shitty sellers that don't answer offers, all kinds of fun shit. found one that i do like that has enough space, but it needs some work. we can contract it against our loan though because it's big stuff like sealing off the basement and tearing down an interior wall, so that's good and no work on our part other than letting them in. other than that nothing really going on, if something exciting actually happens i'll update again.
