The next thing I have a problem with is my District manager. As managers we decided that it was time to part ways with a certain problem employee. I guess this was not okay with him because he called her and hired her back saying that he is my boss and that he can overturn anything. This is bad leadership because now the employees think that the managers have no control or power over us. It is completely crazy. How are we supposed to hold them accountable if they run to the district manager and he overturns our decisions without talking to us. So, if anyone knows of a restaurant that needs an awesome manager and can offer enough money so I can pay my bills, anywhere, let me know. monte1428@hotmail.com
