HELLO ✋🏼
I know I said I’d be making a come back and I DO mean it but I had to move early November and it’s felt like a roller coaster since, AND IM MOVING AGAIN!
All my life I’ve lived in the state of Georgia. My mom’s side of the family had always lived here and my dad’s side of the family was from Alabama so they were always a short drive away. I’ve lived in different parts of GA. Until age 4 I lived in Marietta, then 10 years in Stockbridge which is south of ATL, then to Ball Ground which felt like living in the sticks for all of high school, except 2 different houses, and then landing back in Marietta after high school. As an adult living on my own with my partner we moved to kennesaw (which was between us) for 3 years and for the last 2-3 months we’ve been in Marietta again. Recently though my partner just got an offer through his company FedEx to travel and transfer to Seattle, Washington to work as an engineer. So all of the IMPORTANT details are still coming in but we’ll probably be moving within the next few weeks, probably by February.
We’re obviously looking around for hopefully a 2 bedroom not too far from the city and will take our 2 cats as well. Overall as excited as I am to move it would be a lie if I said I wasn’t pissed and frustrated by the whole process of moving across country, especially cause we don’t get as much help as we really NEED to be able to move. I only had a transitional job of delivery driving at the moment and I just ended it last week. My love is still working and trying to figure it all out but we’re very stressed in this new year. 😬🥲😓
What WOULD help? Please tag your fav hopefuls and SGs that live in Seattle/Washington please! I’d love to make some new local friends when I move OR please tag any cool and nice photographers in that area you might wanna see me collab with! If there’s any cool swanky spot I should check out please tell me in the commons but I already know the basic tourist spots I can Google so gimme something GOOD to work with!
