Not only is one treated as a second rate customer, but also as suspect in question of homicide.
Additionally they can't read, and one has to submit multiple times before the get the plot.
In other news, New Years was a blast, massive bon-fire on the beach, fireworks, booze and fun. Bloody awesome.
