Today I came across the most interesting concept.
People don't read, and the amount of mass confusion this can create is incredible.
Paint you a picture:
I send out a simple email to highlight a change in the organisation;
A wise ass in the business feels its his place to comment (a false comment);
I correct him (which I suppose was the great mistake);
Another person comments, and after I point out that if every just read - they would understand.
To which the whole business goes -AH!!!!!
But then, do people ever listen when spoken to?
