well rule one...never ever ever get a tatoo from aywhere byut licsened shop...you wou;d't beleave the things I've seen...dosen't matter if its free or they pay YOU if its not liscensed don't bother...also if its your first tatoo putting it somewhere you can easyly cover it is a plus...it dose sometimes make it harder to get a job if its say on your arm (visable) for future refrence a good friend of mine is a liscensed apprentice and give tatoos for about $30-$60 it helps her more then you thats why there so cheap...if your interested hit me up..I think shes doing some more work for me on thursday
