Ok, so I was looking around Craigslist and I found a listing for a pretty amazing-seeming apartment in Northern Liberties. I'm going on Sunday to check it out, but before I can even really consider it I need to find a roommate. Seriously, is anyone here planning on moving in August? It works out to 385$ a month with the Temple student discount, plus gas and electric. I can only deal with people who are SERIOUSLY interested, because I REALLY want to get something squared away, and she said I could sign a lease now if I want to and they will hold it until August.

Please help me out as this is a really really great deal on a really great looking place (HARDWOOD FLOORS!) in a really nice area! Also, the woman said electric typically runs 30-60$ a month depending on whether or not you use an air conditioner. Just so you know!
