anything going on isn't all that important.

work, sleep, check internet stuff, watch something in the PS2 dvd player, drive, smoke, drink a beer.

those are my regular activities, most of them daily.

still fighting some sick stuff, so i am trying to stay as healthy as possible.

finally a full weekend off!

sadly i won't be spending much time with my b/f.
i'm going out to meet a new female friend in LA tomorrow. and he has to work sunday night.

hopefully i can see if we can spend some time together tomorrow during the day.

i miss alone time with him soooooo much. confused

i was awake at 6:30 AM today.

was gonna sugest trader joes... as its the only health food store stateside i know... i use it all the time when i work out there...

best thing i can offer in the form of health advice is the metabolic typing diet... it worked wonders for me... it was recommended by a friend whos a personal trainer and it worked sooooo well when done properly

as for vitamins etc.... my friend takes a whole host of stuff.... but he's also a professional natural body builder... so he takes things that help with digestion and distrabution.... i dont take anything else... shouldnt need to with a well balanced diet

oh, everyone thinks trader joes is so healthy cuz thats what they want you to think. it is all a conspiracy. look on the back of the packaging and see how many calories are in each of the items. it will look low at first glance, but then check the serving sizes. they make the serving sizes small. like 240 calories per veggie chips serving then you find there are 20 servings in a 16 oz bag!

birthday had its ups, and downs.

right now i'm sick, i've got one hell of a respiratory thing going on, from my sinuses to my lungs, and everything in between.

i probably shouldn't be smoking right now, but hey i've cut down a lot.

i have to leave for work and about 20 minutes, yay. surreal
