I am going to Arizona this week for my grandmother's memorial service. I fly out Thursday evening and I come back Monday during the day. I took Friday and Monday off from work. One thing I'm trying to figure out is getting to the airport, and getting home when I come back. I'm gonna have to find out how much it is to keep a car at the airport or something(cause I sure can't afford a cab, I KNOW that's gonna cost a lot.
Next week when I come back I will be working Tue.,Wed, and Thur. then I'll be going to New York. I'm taking that Friday off, and the next Monday as well. I'm driving there with Jake and his friend Tim on Friday, exploring the city Saturday(it will be my first time there!), the concert we are going to is on Sunday, and we drive back down on Monday.
so needless to say I'm gonna be busy.
Jake came down this weekend and we had a lot of fun. We went to Dick's Sporting Goods Store, and found out they were having a clearance sale. We found really nice sleeping bags for only $10 each! his is -25 degrees and mine is -10 degrees, they are mummy bags and really awesome. We also went to his parents house to pick up a tent and some camping gear, cause we are gonna go camping on his friend's land in the mountains sometime after we get back from NY.
There have also been talks of going to the beach again too!
When we were at his parents house we picked up his roller blades and I'm borrowing them, even tho they are a couple sizes too big I got some thick socks that I'm gonna try to wear with them. so I'm gonna go roller blade now so I can finally start getting active again.
