i know i keep updating a lot, but i have a lot to say i guess. this time i need help, or suggestions.

i still have my wisdom teeth. this dentist i saw a few years ago told me that they were growing in straight. well now that they've come in a lot more since then i've noticed they aren't.(that dentist seemed a little screwy too) since then every so often i get pain in my gums. 2 years ago one of them abcessed, but taking my friend's antibiotics (that he got from his dentist when he was fortunate to have them taken out), vitamins, and cleaning my mouth a lot made it go away. well recently my problem has been that they are biting into my cheeks, especially in my sleep to the point where i considered some how filing them down. well VERY recently(last night) one of them got very swollen, and now the whole right side of the back of my jaw hurts bad and my mouth is swollen.
i have a high tolerance for pain(due to never going to a doctor for anything, and just having to "suck it up" most of my life when i had any physical pain) but i am worried. i heard that any pain means something bad, and this isn't just being uncomfortable, it HURTS.
(you guys do not know HOW BAD i want some prescription pain killers right now

what i was wondering is, do any of you know of any cheap dentsists/dental surgeons that do wisdom teeth extraction? you all know my money situation, but i'm thinking after the end of September, i could actually start saving money. I can't afford insurance, even tho my new job offers it(altho i don't how about dental stuff). i read online about some people going to dental schools and having students do the work, but i wouldn't even know how to go about finding one, or even if i would trust that.
i just know that if i don't do anything it could get a lot worse, and if i had ANY money right now i'd go get 'em taken out, but i don't have anything. any suggestions you guys have for something cheap i can do after i start making money would be great! thanks! 
I do think a dental school is your best bet----that's what I would do. My dentist is really great....many times they will work with you on a payment plan if you cannot pay at once. Worth a try (Dr. Stone)
