life has been pretty quiet around here too. i was sick a couple weeks ago, i think it was that head-cold thing that everyone else had and passed around. ugh, pathogens!!

Christ ... I hear that alone time comment. My gf is like 280 miles away. Like... an hour of quality time would be enough for me to die happy right now.

eeeh i wouldnt worry about commenting on anyones journal... thats all good... we all have things to do... except me apparently.... as im commenting on yours

was gonna sugest trader joes... as its the only health food store stateside i know... i use it all the time when i work out there...

best thing i can offer in the form of health advice is the metabolic typing diet... it worked wonders for me... it was recommended by a friend whos a personal trainer and it worked sooooo well when done properly

as for vitamins etc.... my friend takes a whole host of stuff.... but he's also a professional natural body builder... so he takes things that help with digestion and distrabution.... i dont take anything else... shouldnt need to with a well balanced diet

oh, everyone thinks trader joes is so healthy cuz thats what they want you to think. it is all a conspiracy. look on the back of the packaging and see how many calories are in each of the items. it will look low at first glance, but then check the serving sizes. they make the serving sizes small. like 240 calories per veggie chips serving then you find there are 20 servings in a 16 oz bag!
