I was driving down the road today, through the winding slice of road thats framed by deep trees, and as golden leaves fluttered past my window like a dancer I had a one of those strange feelings that probably would feel more good than strange if they happened more often. It was a sort of feeling of a warm contentment that comes with the transition to winter. Fall has always felt like the season of growing up and evolving to me. Growing up where I did, there's something somewhat reassuring to know that even though things will soon become so frozen and lethally cold, they will eventually come back around. Something about a season that is really just a metaphor for change, about just being ready to accept the worst that things can throw at you and come out no worse for wear that resonates with me.

Wish I had more to report in the way of day to day things, but I haven't really had many adventures lately. Normally thr highlight of my week involves being beaten up and beating people up to some extent (although I did manage to convince my friend and his brother to sign up, so I can talk about stuff that goes on in the classes without having to explain what everything is) Work is relatively boring-ish, wish I got paid more, etc. and so on. Home life is mostly come home eat, and go to bed, repeat. Thats pretty much things in a nutshell at the moment, which is partly why most of my entries are completely random musings and a mish mash of thoughts/delusions.

I, too, dig the random musings.

A little late for a comment, but I'm sometimes slow. I too love that feeling of change that happens when the seasons change especially summer to fall... it always makes me happy to know that nature is constantly changing... like a reminder that there is something bigger that humanity smile
