busy busy busy....
A couple of the balls I am juggling at the monment:
We are getting ready for our trip to Florida for my cousin's wedding. We are driving down from NJ with three kids in the back. Are we insane or what?! Not exactly how I planned it months ago, but you know about the best laid plans....But alas, I can't complain because they were changed for good reason (husband got a big promotion)
A wedding, fun with family who I miss a lot(my Grammy, favorite aunt, cousins, sister in law ect), the beach, disney (aaaah, in august?!? We are crazy.) meeting my 4 y.old neice for the first time! Seeing all the kids play together, finally. My neice was born 3 days before my middle child. It will be great, not restful, but a fun, busy, family vacation.
We are taking the auto train back up and that will be so fun for the kids (I have a train fanatic.)
We leave on monday.
On another note....
I have a traffic court date tomorrow to defend my licence. Wish me luck, I am nervous. I got pulled over on a random stop and the cop found that my paperwork was not in order. All because when we moved I never changed the address on my licence so I didn't get any notices about these parking tickets that the cop apparently was sticking in my door instead of the windsheild, so I hadn't gotten them either. So I never knew that my licence was suspended. What a fucking headache.
Well that sure teaches me that these seemingly little things can turn into big nasty things when they slip through the cracks. I feel awful for causing all this trouble and expense for us. Organization is something I have struggled with my whole life and over the past year, I have been really focused on getting all my ducks in a row, and have made a lot of progress. And now this comes to bite me in the ass right before we drive to FL.
Please say a little prayer for me that I don't lose my license. Thanks.
UPDATE:
I went to the courthouse this morning to find it closed. The cop scheduled me the wrong day! Blah. So save those good thoughts for Aug. 19th.

I hope everything goes well in court when it comes time. I'm sure it will.
I'm not very organized, either. Never have been. I really want to maker sure this house is organized by the time the baby gets here, but right now we have been focusing on the other house. I guess we have til December.
