oh! I know how that feels! I'm so sorry! people would usually say try take your mind off of it, but I think that is total B.S I say cry it out beat up the walls and pillows and finish off with a bag of potato chips or a pint of Godiva (depending on whether you crave sweet or salty when you're sad) I don't think you'll feel 100% better but it might help a bit and if you ever want to vent or chat I'm really good at listening! Feel better sweets!

God, that is always the shittiest feeling babycakes. I'm sorry deary. Erinachan is right on though that taking your mind off of it doesn't ever solve the problem in the long run. It just has to work it's course like a diluted poison leaving your system... it may suck for a bit but the more you take care of yourself the better and stronger you will be. We all love ya deary!!!
