Okay. I'm upset. Like angry/ offended upset. 
Here is the story:
Four years ago I was engaged to this guy who turned out to be just an awful human being. We broke up, it was bad bad bad, I've moved on and try to think of him as little as possiable.
Well, while we were together he and his friends borrowed two heirloom lamps from me to film this indie film bullshit thing. I lended them on the premise (duh) that I'd get them back. We broke up before I could get them back. After much trouble, I got a hold of one of his friends who sent me to his garage while he wasn't home saying the lamps would be there... of course they were not.
Yesterday, Nicole and I were talking about ex's, she asked what he looked like and I looked him up on Myspace. Low and fucking behold, he is sitting next to MY GRANDMOTHERS LAMPS in his goddamned picture! I sent him a "friend request" with a message (its the only way to message a person without being their Myspace "friend") about the lamps... and he deleted it! So this morning I sent a second message... I am FUMING! I'd assumed this whole time that they'd just had fun destroying my lamps, and there they are!
If I can't get them back, would it hold up in civil court if I bring pictures of my Grandmothers old house with the lamps in the background to prove they're mine? Would the court give them back to me? This is so crappy.
