Almost jumping out of my skin I'm so happy right now!!! 
Greg and I have been talking about getting out of here for quite a while now, and due to a very helpful SG buddy, its becoming a reality! Whooooo! Arizona here we come! No more Chicago winters!
We'll see how soon it happens, our lease is up in May, but we want to have more money saved than we'll have by then. I'm going to try to talk our landlord into signing a six month lease as opposed to a 12 month so that we'd be able to move before the next winter. If worse comes to worse, we'll leave next May... but thats soooo far away!
Time will tell!
