We sold the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And we managed to get 20 thousand more than we were asking biggrin biggrin biggrin

We are very, VERY happy people!!

The settlement date is March 31st....which means we will finally be able to get the HELL OUT OF THIS AREA!!!!!!

Ok - so we're off to go celebrate with a big fat fancy dinner, and then I'm going to let Andy at Ambrotos Tattoo and Piercing stab me in the face and fill the hole with a metal bar.

and you're moving out to LA!!!!! fuckin' rad!! LA's way cool and crazy in the BEST way!! its got the best of every world i can think of!! There's areas on like Melrose and Sunset i could walk around for hours!! - traffic sucks but anywhere in SoCal's gotta deal with that issue!! theres pros and cons to everything i guess?

we totally have to celebrate your LA arrival!!! visiting Jumbos sounds like a fantastic idea!!
