drank too much last night.. talked on the phone with family for a good 2 1/2 hours .. wish i could be with them!! but.. i cant so i better get over it.. i had a wierd dream again.. this time i was being beaten by some guy .. i dont even remember what he looked like.. and i always find that when im in positions like that in dreams that i cant speak.. i tried but nothing would come out.. just parts of words.. and that i think is the scariest part.. i woke up with a killer headache.. and my stomach is all topsy turvy from too much allagash and celebration ale..
the toads are trying to escape as per usual today.. and the cats are freaking out over them.. they wont leave them alone.. and have already almost knocked over their aquarium once today.. i have to go take a train in a bit to go to my friends house in jersey that im going to have dinner with... tomorrow i might go crash another friends family dinner.. i think its kind of funny really... being adopted by friends families..
the second i stepped out my front door today.. the metermaid guy was all "Hey!! how are you doin?.. Merry Christmas!! Happy New Year!!" ... i continued walking.. and i saw an old man with an entire pullcart filled with toilet paper.. hes up to no good i tell you.. either that or hes on a ton of fiber medicine.. on the way back to my apartment this dude yells at me "yo white toast... i know you hear me.." and i just kept walking and laughed after i passed him.. thats a new one.. ive never been called that before.. though my roommates been called white chocolate.. which is pretty funny too..

The East Coast of Florida is a constantly reminding pet peeve of mine. A lot of my friends call their home "Cocoa" and it bothers me. For years now my suspicion that there is, in fact, a Cocoa Curse has been -- as far as proving a curse goes -- proved. Some have freed themselves of that town and haven't looked back, while others are drawn back like sad magnets. And I've never been wrong about it in the end. The beach towns in this state are out to drown people in misery; especially the Brevard County area. It's quicksand that works slowly.

i worked on christmas, my family was out of town. one time i was standing in line listening to these two older men speak jive and one of them turned around and called me a "baby square." i've been using it ever since.
