so yesterday i was supposed to go down the shore.. but my best friend had killer cramps so we decided to make the shore on my roof! complete with ghettoblaster.. an attempted lean-to .. beach towels.. and an umbrella... i heckled some kids that walked by.. we bbq'd vegetable kabobs.. the only thing that was missing was beer..

but prior to that... we made a trip to the grocery store to get some vegetables and charcoal.. and we were right next to a pet store.. and i cant help but go into them when i walk by.. mainly because i like to look at the puppies.. which i feel so bad for because theyre always boxed up in these tiny cages.. and they are SO cute but this time i fell in love with a frog.. and two toads..

ever since i was little i liked what some people would consider gross pets.. like lizards.. and snakes.. GOD .. i LOVE snakes.. when i was three i picked up a big HUGE fat toad.. the kind that are poisionous.. and my mom couldnt believe it.. she thought it was disgusting but didnt want to act like it was a big deal cause she didnt want me to be scared of them my whole life..

anyway .. i named the two toads morticia and igor .. the tree frog remains nameless.. as of yet..
