I am having a garage sale here too just to get rid of all my stuff and raise a little money. I think at least as far as garage sales go, the lower you price them the more stuff sells.....its like having people pay you a little to take your stuff away. So convinient, even if its not the best money maker.

recently i decided to remodel my firebelly toads morticia and igor's aquarium.. while at a crazy warehouse style grocery store out in the suburbs my best friend and i strolled down the 99 cent aisle and we found a plastic dinosaur bag-o-fun!! and it even had a playmat.. which later became the backdrop for their lovely abode.. note the drawing of a can of gasoline...
