i coloured my hair today - it's not blue and green anymore. soon, it will be again, but it needs some time like this. i miss having shocks of blonde. it suits me, i think.


i took this in - january, probably. i wanted new photos to edit today but i haven't taken much lately, so i went through old things that i hadn't looked at enough.


this was taken with a mobile phone. the sun was so lovely. it's spring, it's spring, it's spring. nowhere else in canada is it spring, but here it's in full swing.

we had a spring storm this morning. thunder, wind, pouring rain - and then pure sweet warmth. i drank my cardamom-infused coffee (thanks for the tip, zarina) with almond milk on the porch in the sun, sitting on our bench.



soon, i'm moving to a new house. we'll have sunshine in our windows. i'm excited to get out of the subterranean dungeon i live in now.
