how would you deal with this problem
You have a friend who is having a rough time in life at the moment and cant find a job. You risk your ass to get that person a job at your place of employ. That person then goes and proceeds to sleep on the job, not do his job, and at least once a week not even come to the job.
Ok this person was having hard times and nearly lost their fucking house cause they got shit canned at their last job. Now they are getting shit canned at the job you got them, and now you look like a ass for bringing this person to your work.
