Interesting week, had my one on one performance review at work, senior management is thrilled with my work, apparently I give 110% at all times, it's nice to feel appreciated. Concerns about junior management mirror my own concerns, those are the people I struggle to impress and they do make life difficult, but at least the people on top are aware of the problem.

God is it good to be able to talk about work, the aforementioned junior management people added me as friends on facebook so I can never talk about work there... at least things are getting better.

Ditched a friend this week. She was an ex who I mistakenly kept on as a friend. She was talking about this guy who she drunkenly threw herself at,, he rejected her and she had spent 3 hours trying to rationalise that he was still totally into her before I snapped. Life has been a lot quieter without her but for now I'm enjoying the peace...

most importantly payday on Friday! boy am I looking forward to that!
