Something to try, if you own a PS2 and a memory card (and who doesn't?).

I'm sure you will have already noticed that every game's saves have their own icon or sometimes icons. Some of these are quite crazy and interesting, but that's not the thing to try. What I've noticed is that some of them...not all of them, far from it....but some have separate icons/animations for copying and deleting. To see if they do, you can choose either Copy or Delete and do whatever you need to do until you get to the final Yes/No confirmation prompt, at which point the animation should occur. Some of them are fricking hysterical.

For example, the icon on my Ghosthunter save is a hulking teddy bear ghost that looks quite menacing, striding about. If you go to delete, it hunches over and pulls out a glowing green poster with a sad smiley face on it, shaking its head all the while, then rolls the poster up again. Or Okage the Shadow King: Delete has the Shadow King icon throw up its arms and collapse in the classic "I'm melting, I'm melting!" pose from the Wizard of Oz. (There's also a copying animation, but I don't remember what it was.)
