You know, one of the things I love about this site as opposed to, say, something like Playboy are the kind of girls that pose here. And I don't mean so much the looks. SGs and Playmates are both generally pretty hot, and anymore the SGs aren't necessarily all that "fringe" looking. (Which I'm not complaining about, by the way. I like attractive women howsoever they might be presented provided that it doesn't radically detract from their attractiveness. For example, Tammy Faye Bakker style make-up would be bad.)
I mean who they are. I really don't see too many Playmates gushing about their latest D&D character, or how many Alliance they've pwned in their latest Battleground match. (Though I do have fond memories of a 90s' Playmate who was enthusiastic about the game development company she was running, which apparently wound up producing just the one game, a not-very-good softcore number starring her in the title role. But hey, at least she was into that sort of thing.). And to me, there are few things sexier.

It's often that SGs are considered to be the "real" girls. While I have never questioned Kara Monaco's (or any other Playboy model) existence, it is generally true that their interests are few. And those that they have lack any sliver of substance. By and far, you are correct... which is why most of us are here.
