Got to love computers. I received the PSU I was waiting on, swapped it in...and the computer still won't turn on. At least, it won't turn on all the way. What it does *now* is light up for a few seconds, make a weird grinding sort of noise that I do not like at all, and shut off. It won't repeat the process unless I toggle the switch on the PSU off and on again. I'm assuming some sort of circuit's cutting out under undue strain. So...the PSU that was previously in is definitely busted..but there's something else wrong too. Blah.
