I just applied for a pell grant... now I just have to wait a few days to get my pin# so that I am able to sign it electronically rather than mail it in.

the most.. AMAZING thing just happened to me..

I have two baby kittens left from a litter of 5 (the other 3 died).

they were on the couch with my mother and she fell asleep. well, she must have rolled over on top of one of them. I went over there to get them to take them to bed with me, there was a furry little leg sticking out from underneath her.

so I woke her up really quick and snatched up the baby.

it was dead. wasn't breathing. heart wasn't beating. eyes were glazed. the body had already went soft and then stiffened completely, and it had expelled its waste...

well, then its mouth popped open just a little...so, I blew into it and it seemed to respond just a little... so, I pressed my mouth to the kitten's and blew deep into its throat and the body started to soften up and it gasped for air. so I blew into its mouth again and his head snapped up and he looked at me and started breathing.



I saved his life!

he was out of it for a little bit. he just layed there not doing anything but breathing and looking at me.


that was at 3:20 am (est) its now 4:11 and he's running around and playing with his brother.
