I got the phones turned back on... it took about 3 hours and some crazy bitch insisting that I must have a credit card that I'd be able to charge $11,680.90 to.
I was like wtf, "Do you have credit card that you could charge that much to at once?" and she says "no, but, it isn't MY problem."
so, eventually I got to talk to someone else, who had my service turned back on within 10 minutes and made sure that it wouldn't be turned off again until they fixed THEIR problem. and not to worry about trying to pay it until then.
