Damn...I was going to attempt to go to Pride today, but I couldn't get to sleep until about 8 this morning! So now I've slept through it..perhaps there's still some on the TV...
Around 11 last night the fire alarm went off in the building here. It kept going, so I began to get stuff ready to "flee" the appartment. Then I remembered our handy little front lobby camera on the TV. Many people were gathered down there, but not leaving the building. So I waited, but with the kitties all packed up in their carriers and watched on. About 5 minutes later, no more alarm, everyone started heading upstairs with their freaked out children. So, it seems that a lot of the building was up for half the night because of this...I know it was a Saturday, but after that there was noise coming from all directions all night! So sleeping was a bit of an issue....bleck....
Holy crap...time to clean...I've got a pile of dishes here a mile high!
