I've really hated going to work lately...tonight was a shift that I took for someone else. Everything was kinda crappy until the customers started rolling in. I usually hate customers, but today tips were great! Someone left me a five...usually a nice surprise, but the some guy left me about $17!! I was happy...we don't usually make a whole lot in tips since it's not really a bar...cafe/bar thingy...So tonight I pulled in around $43...which is a whole lot in comparision to a usual night (maybe $10-$15).
Geez...the service industry is such crap sometimes...then you get these people that do realize what you're going through and tip nicely, or just plain treat you like a human being. *Thank you* I am not a slave, so don't treat me like one. That's all I ask...maybe then I'd be a little more tolerant of my job. Oh ya...the tips are nice to

Anyways...right..enough job babble...Tuesday I'm going for a photoshoot in T.O., then another on Thursday! Quite busy this week...the shoots will be fun, but I'm not going to be able to get much sleep in between because of work. Oh well...I get to go to Toronto twice in one week! That's a big shiny happy thing for me since Hamilton is so bloody anti-me. *teenage angst* lol...I think that a lot of people around here just aren't as accepting of the punk/goth/alt. community. If you're not preppy, you're not accepted. They think that they're soo multi-cultural here too, yet they still put a huge nativity scene out in the middle of the downtown area every X-mas. Because of course, all cultures celebrate the birth of Christ.....geez...
