My gawd, I'm up early today?? Ya ya...noon....actually I've been up since about 3pm yesterday. I've had just about enough of this sleeping all day, up all night bullshit, so I'm staying up until the proper time for me to go to bed! Honestly, even though I've been up for a good...21 hours, I actually feel kind of good (must be the drugs...prescription, yeesh

I have been spending days and days on getting this bloody website up and running. Did I mention this at all? I don't remember.
To refresh a few memories...or announce it for the first time...I'm putting together a website. No, it's not a pay site. It's a personal page that will feature my portfolio, contact info, and numerous links to things that I do around the internet. So basically it's there for a bit of self promotion, and hopefully I can make some extra cash selling prints on there.
What is taking me so long is the fact that I am hosting the site myself, and have had to learn how to in the process. This has involved many hours of learning how to install, configure and operate FreeBSD (PC-BSD first), figuring out Apache, PHP, and MySQL. Heavy shit for someone that hasn't done this before.
Well, I did it. I'm a smart cookie. Whoo.
Now I just have to get a wee bit better at actually designing websites, and I might be able to make a career out of this! I'm great at the code side of things, but as for layout, I'm still a little fuzzy.
So, for those of you that know me, you know where to find this website. For those of you that don't, I'm not going to freely distribute the link on here since it contains my full name (sorry).
I'm writing this as I'm getting this bitch fired up again, so don't get scared off by the nasty 404 message.
